At Adorable Baby Gifts we will process your order as quickly as

personalized items require extra time to prepare before shipping.

Our online shopping cart is set up for shipping through out the
United States, Canada, and UK at this time. All other shipping
destinations please contact us via email for a shipping price quote.
When shipping outside the United States, we do not offer tracking or
insurance, and ordering, and shipping is at the buyers risk once we have
handed the package over to the U.S. Postal Service.

Priority Mail - we ship using U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It is
not possible to track packages while in route, and there are no signatures
from the recipient. Choose Express Mail if you need a signature for
receipt of package. With Priority Mail, we are unable to get specific information about
the delivery of the package. Generally, with Priority Mail we do have
access to some basic information pertaining to the date of shipping, and time
and date of arrival. If you need tracking, email us and we will give you a quote
for UPS shipping with tracking. Priority Mail usually takes about 2 to 3
days, but is not guaranteed.
Express Shipping - Just the name alone would seem to imply that
your order will arrive the day after we ship. Usually this is method
of shipping does arrive the very next day, however, this is not
always the case. In some cities, perhaps rural, or where there is some
distance to the nearest major airport, Express Shipping does not
arrive until the 2nd day after we ship. If this is of critical
importance to you, please email us with the shipping address and we will
find out in advance for you if your 'ship to' destination is truly
overnight, or 2 day delivery.
Air Mail usually takes appx. 5 to 8 days, and can vary widely depending on
the country. Sometimes International orders via Air Mail do not arrive on
time, and may be held up in customs departments in the Country of
arrival. We will not issue an inquiry un till the U.S. Postal Dept.
allows us to do so, which is usually 30 days after the order should have
arrived. If the inquiry shows that the package never arrived to it's
destination, we will issue a refund or replacement item, but only after a 90 day
grace period has passed from the date of shipping. This is because the
customs departments overseas are prone to having packages disappear, and then
turn up months later.
There may be times when a package we ship is un-deliverable. This may
be due to one of many different reasons. Perhaps the person you are
shipping to has moved, or the recipients address was entered incorrectly in
the order form. When this occurs we can re-ship to the correct
address or refund your money back to you minus the shipping fees after the
package has been returned to our office. If
you have us re-ship the package, your credit card will be debited for
shipping fees to the new address. When we ship to an incorrect
address because of our mistake we will always pay for the re-shipping
Shipping To Hospitals
After many losses from shipping to Hospitals we prefer not to ship to
them. We recommend that customers not ship to someone while at the
hospital. Shipping carriers are forced to drop baby gift packages at the main desk of the hospital, and so
the shipper or carrier is no longer able to control the destiny of the package.
Close to 50% of our packages have been lost, stolen or misplaced by hospital
personnel - with no way for anyone to get compensated for the loss. Our recommendation would be to have your baby gift sent to the new baby once she gets back home.
If you choose to have your gift shipped to a Hospital anyway - we will comply
with your wishes, but you will assume risk and responsibility for the item
starting the moment we hand it over to the post office. We will not issue
refunds or credits for items lost in the process of delivery to a hospital.
Shipments to foreign countries may be forced to pay an extra charge at the time
you receive your item. If so, this is a customs duty levied against you
by your government. Not all countries have customs duties, which are different
than postage - as it is more similar to sales tax by your country.
Unfortunately, the money does not come to adorable baby gifts, it has nothing
to do with us and we have no control over it. We do not know which countries
will charge duties, nor when they will decide to collect these customs duties,
or not. We always mark the custom forms as gift, rather than merchandise, and
this sometimes helps to avoid customs tax. But, sometimes is has no effect, and
your government will charge customs duty anyway.
